Tailored for light and consistent support, for example inbox management, updating documents, diary/calendar organisation or other small regular admin tasks.

Room to Breathe

10 hours per month
£350 per month
This package gives clients ongoing support for multiple admin tasks such as inbox and diary management, social media management, client on-boarding or other admin tasks.

Time to Thrive

20 hours per month
£700 per month
Designed for clients who require regular assistance with a hands-on approach. This will include full admin support.

Ad hoc support

Simply Assist can also offer ad hoc support for one-off tasks not included in agreed packages.

Financial Flow

Up to 5 hours per month
£175 per month
This package is designed for simple bookkeeping support for busy business owners, Tasks can include raising invoices, raising purchase orders, data entry e.g adding new client/supplier details and entering on supplier invoices.

Balanced Books

Up to 10 hours per month
£350 per month
Gives reliable, monthly bookkeeping support helping your finances stay organised and stress-free. Supports can include all tasks included in the Financial Flow package as well as bank reconciliation, weekly/monthly supplier payments runs and chasing aged debtors.

How it works

Working with Simply Assist is simple.

Initial conversation

I begin with a discovery call to understand your business, the type of support you need, your priorities and how you like work. We will discuss the retainer packages available and if you feel these are not right for you then we can talk about ad-hoc support.

Tailored support

Once confirmed you will be asked to complete an onboarding form to enable me to understand your systems and expectations. Tasks and priorities are agreed so that any administrative and bookkeeping support can be provided in a way that fits seamlessly with your business. Onboarding will also include gaining access to required accounts and systems and confirming the best route of communication.

Included in our retainer packages is a short settling in period so your support starts smoothly.

Ongoing assistance

I prioritise your tasks as agreed. I manage tasks efficiently, helping you stay organised and freeing up valuable time. With retainer clients, time is booked in monthly to secure availability and consistency.

Ad-hoc work is completed as a one-off task and is subject to availability.

Hi I’m Gemma Smith, a reliable Virtual Assistant with over 20 years of experience in administration and more than 12 years in bookkeeping.
